Last weekend we completed the recruitment process for the 7^th edition of ADAMED SmartUP program. There were final interviews on Saturday and Sunday. Shortly, together with the Scientific Council, we will select 50 participants of the summer science camp.

Like every year, the interview stage was preceded by our online recruitment game and careful analysis of applications in which students presented their educational achievements. Last autumn, almost 8000 students from all over Poland took up the challenge to apply to the next edition of our scientific program. Finally, last weekend members of the Scientific Council met online with top 100 candidates.

During interviews not only knowledge and skills were verified but also the way of thinking, commitment and motivation of young scientists. The Council’s aim was to select real enthusiasts of science – that is, students focused on the continuous development of their passions, who will benefit from participating in the program the most.

Every year, the selection of participants for our science camp is very difficult. Students who take part in the recruitment process are extremely talented. What is more, many of them already have many achievements in the field of science – says Martyna Strupczewska.

The names of 50 new members of the ADAMED SmartUP community will come up by the end of April.
