WE HAVE COMPLETED RECRUITMENT INTERVIEWS
4 April 2023
The recruitment to the 9th edition of the ADAMED SmartUP Program has come to an end. Last weekend, we conducted live interviews with nearly a hundred candidates selected for the second stage of the recruitment process. This time, the teenagers with the highest scores in the recruitment game were challenged with a test and inquisitive questions of the commission.
The persons with the best applications were invited to the third stage of the recruitment process. The interviews were conducted in four separate commissions, representing camp groups: Chemistry and Biochemistry, Medicine and Medical Sciences, Engineering and Robotics as well as Physics and Astronomy. The candidates’ potential was evaluated by the representatives of the Adamed Foundation and lecturers who will conduct classes during the science camp in July in Warsaw. For the first time in almost 10-year history of the Program, the commissions were also joined by the alumni of the ADAMED SmartUP Program: Anna Kotańska, Laura Meissner, Patryk Wekwejt and Stanisław Szleszkowski.
“This year, we asked those who quite recently went through the same recruitment process themselves to participate in the meetings with the candidates. Their presence has surely broadened our perspective and was a valuable experience for all parties. We are extremely glad that our alumni can participate in the program, holding new roles,” says Martyna Strupczewska, Head of the ADAMED SmartUP Program.
This is the final stage of recruitment to the new edition of the ADAMED SmartUP Program. We are currently summing up the results of the interviews and tests. The final list of 50 young and talented people to take part in the science camp will be announced on 28 April.
