Medicine in ADAMED SmartUP Academy classes in Łódź

The fourth classes within the ADAMED SmartUP Academy programme were organised in Łódź between 16 and 17 May. These were the first classes on medicine and related issues, such as anatomy, neurological examination and even… surgical suturing.
During the classes, the participants had an opportunity to learn about contemporary medicine, physical examination and the difference between psychiatry and psychology. The students were particularly interested in the practical part, during which they were learning how to suture and how to dissect organs by their own hands.
“I believe that the classes on suturing and organ dissection were the most interesting. I’ve learnt the basic suturing technique,” reported the participants.
The programme has also met expectations when it comes to the academic manner of spreading the knowledge. The young people said: “This course has brought me closer to the studies and work of a physician.”
