2nd EDITION OF THE ADAMED SMARTUP PROGRAMME IN VIETNAM
29 October 2020
On Wednesday, 28 October 2020, the 2nd edition of the ADAMED SmartUP Programme was launched in Vietnam. One hundred students attending Viet Nam – Ba Lan Secondary School in Hanoi, who will get accepted into the Programme, will take part in an intensive English language course with native speakers and will join environmental workshops conducted also in English by a Polish expert, Piotr Osinski.
So far, Vietnam has been the only foreign country, where teenagers interested in natural and exact sciences can broaden their horizons with the support of the Adamed Foundation. In 2019, 60 students from this Hanoian secondary school participated in the first edition of the ADAMED SmartUP Programme. Now, even more teenagers will have a chance to benefit from additional classes and science-driven personal growth.
Nevertheless, the collaboration with Viet Nam – Ba Lan Secondary School, is not only performed on educational grounds. The inauguration of the 2nd edition of the ADAMED SmartUP Programme there was combined with a handover of digital monitors and computers. The event was co-organized with the Polish Embassy in Hanoi.
